工程中心简介

   根据教育部科学技术司教技函(2007)第72号文件的批复,中国农业大学于2007年底组建了“农业节水与水资源教育部工程研究中心”(以下简称工程中心),经过4年多建设,工程中心已于2012年5月通过教育部验收。工程中心以国家发展需求和市场为导向,以研究提高农业用水效率和改善农业水土环境的技术和装备为主要方向,以重点解决我国农业可持续发展面临的水问题为总体目标,以科研成果的进一步开发与产业化为任务,进行工程化研究和系统集成,把科研成果转化为适合规模化生产所需的工程化共性、关键技术或具有市场竞争力的技术产品,促进农业高效用水技术的健康发展,为水资源的高效和可持续利用以及实现我国食物安全、水安全、生态安全提供技术与设备支撑。

  工程中心现有科研人员92人,其中固定人员84名,流动客座人员8人。固定人员中,教授20名,副教授、副研究员26名、中级和初级人员25人,科研辅助人员5人,行政管理人员8人。工程中心研发队伍中包括有:中国工程院院士1人、教育部“长江学者”特聘教授1人、中科院“百人计划”入选者2人、国家杰出青年基金获得者2人、教育部新世纪人才7人、国际农业工程学会水土分会主席1人、中国农业工程学会农业水土工程专业委员会主任1人、中国水利学会农田水利专业委员会副主任1人、中国水利企协灌排设备分会副理事长1人、全国微灌协作网副网长1人、全国喷灌技术情报网副网长1人、中国农机工业协会排灌机械分会副秘书长1人、中国农业机械学会排灌机械分会理事1人,有5人担任18个国际及全国性学术刊物的编委,16个国家与部门重点实验室与工程中心学术(技术)委员会副主任与委员。目前中心已形成了一支以中青年科学家为主体、年龄和知识结构合理、在关键技术和重大新产品产业化开发以及技术应用推广方面具有较高影响力的研究队伍,“农业节水与水资源高效利用” 教育部创新团队已于2011年通过了验收。

  工程中心建设期间,已完成和正在承担的农业节水与水资源相关科研项目131项,科研总经费10769万元;其中主持和参加“863”计划项目、“973”计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家公益性行业科研专项等国家级课题85项,经费在100万元以上的科研项目共22项;承担技术开发与咨询服务项目40项,总经费为 593万;已完成和正在承担的工程建设项目25项,工程总投资7872.9万元。

  发表SCI/EI论文292篇,主编或参编著作与教材17部;主持或参编国家标准和行业标准14部,其中主编国家标准《微灌工程技术规范》、农业部行业标准《旱作节水农业工程项目建设规范》和中国工程建设标准化协会标准《园林绿地灌溉技术规程》等3部。

  开发的基于作物生命健康需水的非充分灌溉技术、生态灌区构建技术、节水高效微灌技术、节能低耗喷灌技术、农业化学节水协同调控技术、水能资源综合利用技术已在内蒙古河套灌区、山西汾河灌区、陕西泾惠渠灌区等40余地区到了推广和应用;作为技术支撑或技术依托单位,先后参与了甘肃石羊河流域综合治理、内蒙古河套灌区节水改造、内蒙古乌兰察布市100万亩马铃薯甜菜滴灌工程建设、内蒙古赤峰市500万亩玉米滴灌工程建设和3项联合国粮农组织援朝项目。

  主持完成的成果获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级一等奖3项、二等奖7项。共培养博士后1人、博士57人、硕士224人,获得2011年全国百篇优秀博士论文、全国百篇优秀博士论文的提名奖各1人;目前在站博士后2人,博士研究生56人,硕士研究生146人。

  开发的技术、产品与方法共获国家专利授权48项(发明专利31项、实用新型专利17项);获得软件著作权17项。研制的分形流道滴头、低压小管径滴灌带、自动反冲洗过滤器、分层分布式智能控制灌溉系统等节水灌溉技术与产品已被河北国农节水工程有限公司、北京绿源塑料有限责任公司、山西太原丰泉喷灌设备厂有限公司、中农先飞(北京)农业工程技术有限公司等10余家企业产业化生产和推广应用,并在山东、河北、河南、甘肃、新疆、宁夏、山西、陕西、青海、内蒙古、辽宁、北京等12个省(区)累积推广100多万亩,技术辐射面积500万亩以上,部分产品出口到马来西亚、朝鲜、日本、丹麦等国,并在尼日利亚、埃塞俄比亚、莱索托等国示范应用;开发的微型泵、离心泵、双吸泵和大型潜水电泵被浙江新界泵业股份有限公司等产业化生产,具有自主知识产权的离心泵的计算机辅助设计软件PumpCAD已在国内水泵设计及生产企业得到广泛应用;研发的径流泥沙自动监测系统已在黄河水利委员会天水水土保持科学试验站、松辽水利委员会等近10所科研院校和流域机构得到推广应用。

  经过4年建设,中心凝练和形成了农业节水技术与设备研发、水资源与水环境处理设备、农村水能综合利用技术与装备等三个相对稳定且具有一定特色的研究方向。目前工程中心已形成了“两平台、两基地”的构架:以农业节水与水资源实验室、土壤与化学节水实验室、水环境实验室为核心组成的基础创新平台;以灌溉与排水实验室、水力机械实验室为主导的成果转化平台;以石羊河农业与生态节水试验站、内蒙古河套灌区综合试验站、北京通州永乐店试验站和中国-以色列国际农业研究培训中心为核心的技术与产品的中试、示范与培训基地;以中农先飞(北京)农业工程技术有限公司为主、以河北国农公司和太原丰泉喷灌有限公司为辅的产品产业化基地。拥有专业实验室面积达10500m2,实验仪器设备总值1366万元,其中万元以上设备50件(台、套)。

 Introduction

 

 

    Engineering Center of Ministry of Education for Agricultural Water-Saving and Water Resources Ministry of Education Engineering Center for Agricultural Water-Saving and Water Resources (ECAWR) originated from the Department of Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering of Beijing Agricultural Mechanization College founded in October, 1958. Since 1970s, many academician and professors have conducted large amount of fruitful research on micro-irrigation, sprinkler irrigation and water resources. In recent years, ECAWR led by Professor Kang Shaozhong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering aims to alleviate water shortage and to improve food security by providing technological and equipment support for high efficient and sustainable utilization of soil and water resources of our country. The Center focuses on developing water-saving technologies and equipments, water resources and water environment processing equipments, comprehensive utilization of rural hydropower technologies and equipments, as well as ’ commercialization, standardization, engineering and integration of the technologies and equipments The Center is in a fast development phase for talent introduction, base construction, scientific research and achievements in recent years.

    There are total 93 employees in ECAWR, including 84 permanent and 8 visiting ones. Currently, there are 20 professors, 26 associate professors, 25 assistant professors, 5 research assistants and 8 administrative staffs in the Center. In the R&D team of the Center, one is the Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, one is the Changjiang Scholar, two selected as the One Hundred Talents Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, two awarded as the China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists, seven selected as the Talents of the Ministry of Education in New Century, one as the chairman of the Branch of Soil and Water conservation in International Agricultural Engineering Society, one as the convener of the State Council Degree Committee Subject Advisory Group on Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering. In 2006, the team of water-saving agriculture and high efficient utilization of water resources was approved as the innovation team by the Ministry of Education.

    There were 131 research projects related with water-saving agriculture and water recourses completed or in progress in by ECAWR in recent five years, with total research funding of 107.69 million RMB. Among those projects, 85 are national projects, e.g., the 973Plan, 863Plan, National Science and Technology Support Plan, National Natural Science Foundation in key projects, public welfare industry researches; 40 projects were for technological development and consulting services. 25 engineering construction projects were completed or in progress, with total investment of 78.729 million RMB. Total 292 papers were published in journals indexed by SCI or EI, 17 teaching material were published and 14 national standards or industrial standards were established with the Center as the first author or the main contributor. 48 patents were granted for technologies, products and methods developed by the Center, which consists of 31 innovation patents and 17 utility model patents.  18 software copyright have been obtained. The emitter of fractal flow channel, low pressure small diameter drip irrigation belt, automatic reverse-washing filter, hierarchical distributed intelligence controlling irrigation system, mini pump and other productions were produced commercially by Guonong water-saving of Heibei Co., LTD, Zhongnong Xianfei (Beijing) agricultural engineering technology Co., LTD and Xinjie pump industry of Zhejiang Co., LTD. The research achievements have been awarded once the 2nd prize of state science and technology progress, three times the 1st prize of provincial level prize and seven times the 2nd prize of provincial level. One postdoctor, 57 Ph.D and 224 MSc students were graduated, with one student awarded National Excellent 100 Doctoral Dissertation, and one nominee for that prize in 2011. There are 2 postdoctors, 56 Ph.D and 146 MSc students are currently enrolled in ECAWR.

    At present, ECAWR has formed a scientific and technological innovation and industrialization platform and has professional laboratories with total areas of 10500 m2. The experimental instruments and equipments valued at 13.66 million RMB, of which 50 equipments valued over 10000 RMB for each. The Center has achieved its expected ability of R&D and engineering verification.
